RARE U.S. NAVY ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ARTIFACTS
AND RELICS 18th - 20th Cent
In 2011, Land And Sea Collection, was selected by ADM Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint
Chiefs of Staff, to provide the gift presented to ADM Gary Roughead, Chief of Naval Operations, at his September 6th retirement
luncheon.
We specialize in offering the most unique and rare U.S. Navy artifacts such as M1852 swords, Navy head gear, USN bells,
ship's compasses, telegraphs, and binnacles, chronometers, telescopes, and sextants which are all authentic
and in superb condition. Don't be surprised if we include worthy items with a British Royal Navy heritage. All are the
best examples that can be found and rarely duplicated.
Expect to find representative examples from the best of American makers from the early 1800's to the mid 20th
Century. They include names such as Lionel, Bendix, Keuffel & Esser, Wilfrid O. White, Bliss, Blunt, Danforth, Ritchie,
Negus, and more.
Currently available are examples of the of a telegraph from the seventh USS WASP, a 13 Star Navy small craft - boat flag
dated April, 1912, and early naval dirk from colonial times and pelorus. Each of these are scarce and rarely seen out
side a museum.
